HISTORY . In the year 1990 a beautiful baby girl by the name of Amora Romero was born. A tiny young thing and very healthy. She grew up to be normal, no powers, nothing. Then she met a strange, cute American boy at the age of 16, named Jesse McGee. She fell so in love with him that they ran away together.
In that short amount of time, Jesse took Amora to his secret hideout. This was no ordinary hideout, it was a test lab for animals. He had taken her here not to show her but to use her in the tests. She tried to refuse, but he told her "If you love me, you will." So she subjected herself to their ways.
They performed all sorts of tests on her on a daily basis. Everyday she'd ask Jesse "Is it done yet? Can we get away from here? Please?" His reply was always "Wait another day, baby. We're almost finished. This went on for two years. In that time Amora gained the Gemstone in her chest form an operation. No one knew what it could do......except Amora. The kind of gem stone she was now wearing in her skin had two legends to it. One: It gave eternal life. Two: It gave you the ability to wear others' faces. Only few people knew of the second legend.
Amora became still one day. Concentrating as hard as she could. She had finally changed into one of Jesse's assistants. Jesse came in one day to find his assistant standing in a cage screaming "HELP ME! SHE'S OUT!" Jesse ran over and let the poor guy out. "Where'd she go?" He'd asked. "No where. I'm right here." Amora had changed back and kicked Jesse in the nuts and ran as far as she could.
She eventually crossed into American borders. That's where she moved as for north as possible. She came up on Maine, and the Animosity Asylum. She was taken in, stayed for a year, then escaped. She now lives in the town of Waterville, as a different face everyday. She finally gave herself another name. She decided on Ember Chanelle Madison by placing different names from across town together. She also went to the place where she could get a birth certificate and her new identity was now hers.
