HISTORY:
It's the accent, I know. It gives it all away; where I was born, how I was raised, where I spend my vacations.
A bit of a New York/Jersey twang. To be honest, I hate it. Disdain, no! loathe the accent.
I always wanted to get out of Vermont, but never really had the nerve to. Not until 2003.
I married, that was a disaster. Finished college early with flying colours. I was always bright, brighter than most.
Now here I am, leading Electroshock Therapist, D'Arcy Keegan.

RP EXAMPLE:
The doors felt concrete. D'Arcy scratched at the worn no smoking sign outside, next to the large silver doors.
She was a woman in her mid to late twenties now, a scholar from a high educated background. This was to be her embarking into the field of electroshock, her first real profession.
"Breathe," she hummed, letting air slowly pass between her teeth and lips. She almost hissed, the nervous feeling choking her.
In her mind, she pictured a hospital styled building, nothing like this monster. It was a large structure, the tip of the roof being engulfed by the mist of the air. Each window was bared, the brick a dark copper colour.
She smoothed her coat, straightened her name plate. And finally, before entering into the building, took a quick swig from her flask.
"Pressure like a raven's claw
Pushing down my neck I saw
We were not alone and you will stand and steer it overhead
And after all the time you're telling me."
