POWER WEAKNESS AND AMPLIFIER With water manipulation, it should be a no brainer that he his weakness is fire or heat. It is amplified when he is near any kind of water source and when he becomes anxious because it is more of a defense mechanism. Telepathy has a weakness which is telekinesis and its amplified through strong minded people. Blood healing....well the only weakness this power could really have is it the person just doesn't want to be healed and its amplified through his willingness to heal this person and how much he wants to heal

HISTORY Okay, people are probably wondering how someone that looks, acts and even dresses the way Skyler does became a assassin and ended up in a asylum, them escaped without being seen or caught. His story starts when he was born in a Woman's Hospital in Los Angeles. His family was the typical American family; dad went to work, mom stayed home, kids went to school and we even had a family dog name Benji.
Skyler began to noticed that strange things happened to him while he was around water....and he heard voice all the time. At first, his parents thought that his imagination was acting up and reassured their son that it was nothing to worry about. But every time he looked at someone...he could hear their thoughts which explained where the voices were coming from. When he realized that this was the source of all those weird voices, he was relief that it wasn't because he was going crazy, but it did worry him that he could have this sort of power.
He never told anyone this....it frightened him that someone would take him away from his family if he told someone, so he always kept this secret from the ones he loved.
His other power surfaced when he was sitting by a lake and three other boys from school approached him. He knew these boys, they weren't the nicest people in the world. They called him names, hitting him and trying to get some rise out of him. His anxiety level went up sky high and before he knew it, a huge wave suddenly appeared on the lake and washed over the boys, sending them feet away and almost drowning them. Skyler remained unharmed by this and didn't understand where such a huge wave came from and immediately ran away from the scene and went home.
The boys from school never bothered him again, they were to afraid that another wave or something like that would happen again. He was somewhat grateful that the incident happen, but at the same time it worried him about where it came from.
Did I....control water? He thought and when he went home, he got a glass of water and went to his room.
He sat the glass down on his dresser and concentrated on the water inside. Sure enough, a ball of water rose from the glass and he giggled as he bounced the water from hand to hand. His mother, however walked in and the water just splashed all over the floor, but she already saw that he was doing.
His parents were frightened of him, they sent him to some sort of hospital where doctors constantly performed test on him and they couldn't figure out how he could have such powers. Finally, when he turned eighteen, these men wearing Army uniforms came into his cell, offering him a chance of freedom in exchange for his powers. Not wanting to be caged any longer, he agreed to these terms and left the horrible hospital, but he entered into something that was far more dark and sinister.
The army put him into a special rank, it was a rank that only he was in. They helped him control his powers to the point where he could focus on a single mind at a time and he could control his water ability with just a thought.
Once his training was complete, he was told that he would use his powers for assassinations purposes. He didn't want to kill people, it wasn't in his nature but knew that if he denied them his powers, then he would get sent back to the hospital. He completed his first assassination by drowning a famous terrorist with his water ability. When he came back to the camp, he went to his bunk and just cried.
He remained a assassin till he turned twenty-three and the army actually feared him and this fear turned into retaliation. His superiors sent him to a asylum called Animosity. He hated it there and it was worst than the hospital that he was previously institutionalized. With the help of his younger brother who sent him maps of the asylum, day and night he dug a hole in the wall of his room for over a year till one night he crawled through it and dug his way out from the ground and was outside the wall.
He ran into the nearest city and got a regular job as a sales associate at a music store and is currently laying low.
