Exploration Destination

[Hime Ningyou]

After a few hours of walking around, Hime wandered into the Recreation Room. She had yet to find actual people but she could hear that there was life somewhere around here. She stood in the middle of the room for a bit before walking over to a couch and plopping herself onto it, her cheeks puffed out in irritation as she held Hana in her arms.
She took a deep breath and sighed as she looked around, spying a few old video game systems in the corner. She sat Hana down and walked closer to investigate further. She picked up the controller, blew on the cartridge and placed it into the console. After a bit of fiddling, the picture finally came up with an all-too- familiar tune. She knew what game it was supposed to be, but the start screen looked a lot different than she remembered. All she could figure was it must have been changed when it was brought to America from Japan.
The next couple of hours, all she could hear was 8-bit beeps and chimes. She jumped over barrels and saved the princess so many times that her character started to randomly die for no reason until she eventually ran out of lives. She sighed and put the controller down, turning the game off as she turned to Hana. "<Death Screen..>" She said in disappointment and walked back to her sister, scooping her up. "<Alright.... now what?>" She asked as she began to play a half-hearted game of hopscotch on the floor tiles.
"<We could always go back to the room... Any longer and you will begin to weaken, Ju-ju.>"
Hime groaned slightly, "<I suppose... Maybe we will find someone on the way back.>" She paused. "<I doubt it, though.>"

Boring. So fucking boring. Serenia walked slowly down the hall toward the recreation room to see if there were any games of interest. Even if there was, would it matter? No. Not really. The day will still end as boring as ever. She flipped her blond hair as she walked down the corridor and her bare feet shuffled against the concrete.

She came to the door and her deep blue eyes scanned it carefully. Someone was inside. Fresh meat, maybe? New soul to torture? She really hoped not. She couldn't handle another person going through the horrific things she and other patients have gone through. It was unbearable. To hear screaming and the wailing of painful cries. It hurt her to think of it.

Shaking herself from the thoughts of the treatments, she opened the door and she saw a really cute Japanese girl standing there talking to her...doll? Serenia's eyes widened at the site of a doll. Little figurines of such perfection. Except....this doll had flaws. Unbelievable flaws that would make one look away. Also, Serenia took note that the little female holding the doll also had flaws, especially her arm. It seemed almost as if it were cracked.

"I'm sorry. My name is Serenia Castor. I-I don't mean to intrude. I'll just go now."

She turned and began to walk out the door.
