I am opening up staff auditions. Meaning I will assign certain people specific duties on here to help the admins run things. The staff people are an admirable group of people who agree to help us out in this forum. They get to experience lots of whining and complaining and have to deal with inconsiderate forum-goers, and all they receive in exchange is the Admins' respect.
- Announcers: They will be assigned the task of making announcements. [Obviously]
- Bio Masters: They will be in charge of looking over and accepting/denying profiles.
- Contest Coordinator: They will be in charge of creating and managing contests.
- Character Trackers: They will be in charge of keeping up with the character index.
- Archive Expert: They will be experts of moving old, dead, finished, or unwanted threads and/or posts.

How to become a staff member:
Ask me, Persephones, then don't ask again. If you ask or badger me with it, I will be highly upset.
I promise I will not forget and when I need a new staff member, I will consider you.

What we look for in staff members:
Patience. Lots of patience. We will not make you a staff member if you warn/ban others at the drop of a hat. No.
Active members/great participators. People who hardly roleplay and don't do anything wont become staff, either.
Rule obeyers. This doesn't need explaining.
Hard workers. Being staff isn't always easy. Especially when the Admins are renovating. We will put you to work, and if you are a staff, you will carry it out or risk demotion.

How NOT to become a staff member:
- Do not beg me/other staff members to join, we'll begin to despise you and never allow you the role you wish or otherwise.
- Do not threaten us with your "hacker skills." I'd like to see someone get put in jail for federal crimes.
- Do not attempt to assist the staff. We'll just ignore you/despise you.
- Do not brown nose/bootlick. You'll get the same result as above.
- Do not point out mistakes made by other staff/ say that you could do a better job. Seriously, it doesn't phase me in the slightest.

Staff is made up of not only co-workers and roleplayers, but of friends. If we dislike you, chances are, you're not going to become one of us.
I am allowed to demote at any given time.
And yes, It would be really awesome if we had more activity. I'm currently working on more members. <3
