Personality

Diverse | To say she was crazy would be an understatement. Yes, she is laid back and calm most of the time but when provoked she could kill you in an instant. Mercy is also neutral. When it comes to confrontations she tends to stay out of them if possible. Only when she is forced into a situation will she retaliate in such a vile manner.
Quiet | She stays to herself a lot, ignoring those around her. Lest you be a decent male she most likely won't notice you. When she's reading a book or dancing, you better not interrupt her. She'd eat you alive.
Stubborn | When Mercy knows she's right she'll take her point and run with it. She'll keep arguing until the person she's talking to gives up. She never allows it to get over heated though, she's more civil than that.
Well rounded and civil | She's very formal with her language. Mr. and Ms. come naturally to her, even though it could offend any one. She's also well mannered. She'll say please and thank you anytime she asks for or receives something.

HISTORY . From the time Mircea was born, she had been an orphan. She never knew her parents or whether or not she had siblings. Her original last name wasn't Gnosis, either. She never had one, until she joined a Gypsies' tribe. Don't worry. We'll take that journey soon.

Back in her childhood, each time adoptions came about she never really paid much attention to the couples that came to pick a child of their own. She stayed in her room until they all left to go home. Some children left with them, others...like her, stayed behind to wait for the next time. Only, she didn't want to be adopted. She felt no need to have a family tie. She remained in the orphanage until she was a bit older.

Throughout her childhood, she attended school like a normal teenager. She made straight A's and taught herself sign language. She only did it because she thought it would be useful. Now, here's where we get deep. About fourth or fifth grade was when the bullying started. There was one middle school male that teased her every day about being an orphan. Being the kind of girl she was, she never felt the need to retaliate.

Soon after, she invited that male to the park one night. Maria was elevan at the time. She was waiting patiently for him as she began running her plan through her mind. Well, it all went wrong when he showed up with a gun. Basically he tried to kill her but she ended up beating the life out of him. Literally.

Maria kept hearing about the boy who who died and the found body was burned to a crisp. Eventually she grew too paranoid and she ran to join a nearby travel group. Mircea didn't know they were Gypsies. After joining them, Mircea began to realize that these people were no ordinary humans. They stole, danced, sang, and told fortunes. She was soon granted the knowledge of the Gypsy way and became a type of sex slave among them. She was also very absorbent with the knowledge that it earned her the last name of "Gnosis".

After running with the Gypsies, Mircea became well adjusted to the life style and her skills were phenomenal. She could steal a man blind and he'd never notice until it was too late. She remained in the tribe for years until her power surfaced. There would be little fires starting here and there for no reason at all. Mircea eventually realized it was her and once she was discovered, her life was threatened. She fled to America when she got the chance.

There, at age 16, she joined a high school. After graduation she went to college for nursing. She now works at the hospital as a nurse.[/size][/ul]
